Dutch Divorce Lawyer processes personal data about you because you are using our services and / or because you gave us this information. Below an overview of the personal data that we process:

Dutch Divorce Lawyer does not intend to collect data of website visitors who are under 16 years old, unless they have express permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend parents be involved in the online activities of their children, so as to avoid that personal data be collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information of a minor without consent, please contact us and we will delete that information.
